- Please allow for 2 business days to process your order. FedEx shipping within the US can take anywhere between 1 and 3 days on average.

- We are currently not able to fulfill international orders, but anticipate expanding as soon as we are able. If you are interested in purchasing InkMD products from outside the United States, please use the Contact Us section of our website to send a message with your contact information. We will reach out to you when we are able to fulfill international orders.

- Once we process an order and it is ready to ship, there will be a tracking number that will be provided to the consumer.

If you choose to purchase our products, please be aware that we do not offer monetary refunds and/or returns except in the event of damaged products. If your products arrive damaged, please reach out to us via the contact us portion of the website or at info@inkmd.com with a description and photo of the damaged product.
